By accessing this website or using services provided by Always Covered Home Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or website.
Always Covered Home Services provides residential property services, including but not limited to Home Watch, Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Handyman Services, and Cleaning Services, subject to availability and scope as described on our website or in written agreements.
Use of this site, scheduling services, and entering into service agreements are at your own risk and subject to the following terms, which may be updated periodically.
Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
Always Covered Home Services provides residential property services including Home Watch, Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Handyman Services, and Cleaning Services (pre-arrival, post-departure, and deep cleaning).
Services are provided as described on our website and/or at the time of booking.
1A. Contractual Agreement
All services provided by Always Covered Home Services are subject to a service agreement or contract, which will outline:

✅ Frequency
✅ Pricing
✅ Access instructions
✅ Any special terms applicable to the services requested
No services are guaranteed or implied beyond the terms of the individual service contract.
Clients will receive service details and contract terms at the time of scheduling or prior to commencement of service.
2. Scheduling & Access

Clients may schedule services through our website, phone, or email.

Clients agree to provide any necessary keys, codes, or access instructions prior to service.

If access is not provided as scheduled, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Homeowner presence is not required, provided access arrangements are made in advance.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the service type.

Recurring services (such as Home Watch) may be billed on a subscription basis.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other forms provided through our payment platform.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may also result in a fee.
5. Limitations of Service

Handyman services are limited to light repairs and general maintenance.

We do not perform major construction, structural, plumbing, or electrical work that requires a licensed contractor.
For services that exceed our scope, we offer Contractor Coordination:

Contractor services are performed by independent third parties.

Always Covered Home Services does not mark up contractor fees but charges a coordination service fee.

Clients acknowledge that Always Covered Home Services is not responsible for the workmanship or outcomes of independent contractors.
6. Liability & Damage

Always Covered Home Services maintains appropriate liability insurance and bonding.

We will take reasonable care during all services; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or system failures unrelated to our services.
In the event of accidental damage directly caused by our team, Always Covered Home Services will take reasonable steps to repair or replace the affected area.
We are not liable for damage caused by:

Natural disasters

Weather
-
Pests
-
Events outside our control
Certain surfaces, finishes, and materials may be subject to wear or deterioration beyond our control.
7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property and service information, special instructions, and any known hazards.

Clients must ensure the property is reasonably safe and accessible.

Clients acknowledge that Home Watch services provide periodic checks but do not guarantee prevention of damage, theft, or system failures between visits.
8. Service Reports & Records

Home Watch services include checklists and photographic documentation.

Reports will be made available through the client’s online account or via email.

Always Covered Home Services is not responsible for conditions that develop between service visits.
9. Privacy
Always Covered Home Services respects your privacy and handles your data in accordance with our posted Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Clients will be notified of significant changes via the website or email.
