Refund Policy

1. Re-service Guarantee
Always Covered Home Solutions stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service performed, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We will gladly schedule a re-service or correction of the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

  • The issue must be related to the quality of the work performed.

  • The property must remain in substantially the same condition as at the time of service.

  • Re-service is limited to correcting the original scope of work.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered once a service has been performed.

  • If a service is prepaid and canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid amounts.


3. Exclusions & Limitations
The following conditions are not eligible for refund or re-service:

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or system failures unrelated to our services.

  • Conditions caused by weather, pests, third parties, or events outside our control.

  • Damage that develops after a Home Watch visit but prior to the next scheduled inspection.

  • Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences beyond the agreed scope of work.
