In addition to maintenance and handyman services, we offer full cleaning solutions including pre-arrival and post-departure cleanings, as well as deep cleaning services. We also provide comprehensive contractor coordination for larger projects — managing everything from price checks to oversight — always with no hidden costs.

What areas do you serve?We serve the entire Greater Phoenix area — including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, and surrounding communities.

How often do you visit the property for Home Watch?We offer flexible scheduling: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly visits — depending on your needs and preferences.

Do I need to be home for the services?No — most clients are not home. We can perform services with pre-arranged access (key, code, or instructions). Your presence is always welcome, but not required.

How do I schedule services?You can schedule services directly through our website, by phone, or email. Our system makes it easy to manage appointments online. We do request a consultation prior to service to ensure we are prepared to handle exactly what you need.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?We stand behind our work with our Re-service Guarantee — if you're not happy, just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right!

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?No problem — just give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
